Post biopsy breakfast

This time last week, we were just sitting down to breakfast. It took about three hours to make.

Triston decided to make me eggs benedict because.

I ended up making the sauce. Usually we make it in a microwave but we don’t have one here so Triston freaked out. He measured out the ingredients, I made it. It worked well. Surprisingly well.

He toasted the buns and poached the eggs. I helped heat the ham.

Given my pain, we both did well. It was actually far superior to the eggs benedict we have been able to buy in Singapore so it was worth the time and effort.

Plus we had enough sauce left to have it again.
