Sunday, cake day.
Decided to make lamintongs.
Started with the chocolate sauce.
I just threw things in the mini saucepan.
Milk, butter, icing sugar, chocolate bits and cocoa powder.
It turned out quite well.
Then I made the sponge cake, couldn’t be bothered with all the rest of the mess and just used the chocolate as icing.
Yay for Christmas sprinkles.
